🐍 Talkers, Fake Justice Reform

Watch the horrific video of law enforcement abuse against peaceful people visiting family members on annual summer family road trip. From northern california to southern california.

One of many Family Trips

We politely ask for my ticket and we can deal with the issues at court and they decided to pepper spray us you can hear our 9 year old crying in the background from getting hit with pepperspray spray in her face you can ask her. At that time valid driver’s license and registration to the vehicle.

There was no excuse racism I told him that we were tribal and so I showed him our tribal paperwork after presenting California valid driver’s license and registration wasn’t good enough racist LASD officers. As a certified independent contractor and part-time postmate driver this is unsatisfactory. To treat people that are contributing to society this way!

Then asking my wife and child inappropriate questions such as: “are they victims of human trafficking or sex trafficking?” Is where I got frustrated and upset. Because I’m a loving and caring father and the disrespectfulness that came from these people mouth about my integrity as a family man was unacceptable. These people are despicable and disgusting. this is the same town where they hung a little black boy at their City Hall in Palmdale California. disappointed how racist this place really is.

They surrounded my car about 15 officers we were in a convenience store parking lot about to get out when officer stopped his car behind us. The vehicle had plates on it below. Video us filming below no justice since. And we’ve been trying to cooperate and do the things they asked. They still have her in custody at foster care. we seek legal advice and we got someone to write us a litigation letter but there was no success because they just ignored it at the Los Angeles sheriff’s department. The link to the letter from attorneys below.

Towed and Sold our family vehicle on false allegations. registration was current driver’s license was valid. No excuse for the way these people acted and they’re still acting.

County of Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Improper Arrest and Request for Information; URN File No. 919-07941-2610-145 To Whom It May Concern: Our office has been retained by the above referenced individual, Pichino Casey (“Casey”), in connection with an arrest and seizure which occurred on July 5, 2019. It is our understanding, based on communications from our client and a review of the related police report, that our client was approached and apprehended in a convenience store parking lot by three (3) or more officers in your department.  According to the police report, the incident was prompted because our client did not have the proper license plates and that his windows were tinted beyond the legal limit (though, according to our client, this was never mentioned during the stop).  During the stop, our client attempted to explain that he is from a tribal nation, and that he was driving as a result of emergency evacuation of the North Coastal Canyons.

While the license plate may not have conformed to the laws of the road in your jurisdiction, our client was only on the road due to exigent circumstances and the plates were used in his travels throughout his tribal land. As a result of this stop, our client was arrested, along with his wife. More concerning, his daughter was seized and removed from his custody.

Our client reports that he remains without his daughter today. Additionally, our client was forced to hire counsel to assist him in this venture to obtain the return of his property and his child.

As you know, the rights of tribal members vary from those of the non-tribal citizen, and the United States has several agreements enacted to ensure that the rights of such tribal members are protected. Our client requests that this occurrence be remedied.

Most importantly, he would like his daughter to be released to him.  Further, he would like all seized property to promptly be returned to his possession. We have consulted with our client regarding his available options and avenues of redress, and he has authorized us to engage in confidential discussions with you.  If you have any interest in resolving this matter in such a manner, please contact the undersigned via email and we will have an assistant or paralegal contact you to schedule a call.  Please ensure you reference Pichino Casey in the subject line of your email.  Be advised that our client is ready to take swift and appropriate action in this matter. You may send a hard copy of your response to our office, however, because our office receives a large volume of mail, a lawsuit may end up being filed prior to us having discovered your response.  Therefore, we ask you to please send your response via email first and then follow up with a hard copy directly after in order to prevent unnecessary litigation.
